  • Communicate regularly with the lender, schedule inspections, and coordinate with all relevant parties.

  • Maintain and update transaction records, processing changes and amendments throughout the process.

  • Facilitate key tasks for buyers and sellers, such as handling deposits, payoffs, and certifications.

  • Assist with home warranty selection and follow up to ensure completion.

PRE-CLOSING

  • Remind clients to manage utilities and insurance.

  • Confirm loan progress with the lender and flag any issues.

  • Review the title report and assist in resolving any concerns.

  • Coordinate the final walkthrough and closing with all parties.

POST-CLOSING

  • Upload final closing documents to your system of record.

  • Send congratulatory or thank-you letters to clients, including links for leaving reviews.

  • Create and distribute “Just Sold” postcards.

  • Update your client database with new details for future follow-ups.
